Refunds

Digital sprints, simple refunds.

Creative Sprint ($79) is a one-time pack of 50 generations. Creator ($39/mo) is a 30-day bucket of 100 generations.

When we refund

If the generator was unavailable or a charge went through by mistake, email the operator of ugcsprint.com within 7 days and we will refund the Stripe payment. We do not refund unused runs after you have generated successfully unless the output system was down.

Subscriptions

Cancel Creator in the Stripe customer portal to stop the next renewal. The current period’s remaining runs stay until the period ends.

Free tier

The 3 free runs are not a paid product. There is nothing to refund.
